Quick Answers
  • Monthly subscriptions auto-renew like a magazine, rebilling during the first week of each month (3 Monthly, 6 Monthly, and Annual Recurring Subscriptions also renew in cycle). 
  • The cutoff for getting the next month's box is the 7th (so order before or on the 6th!). Miss the deadline? Your box ships the following month. 
  • Boxes ship around the 10th with USPS Priority Mail (usually delivered in 2-3 business days). Tracking numbers are emailed when they ship.
  • Reviews can be written for products you've received. The points you earn can be redeemed for discounts on your favorite products.
